RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mimibotanicals.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mimibotanicals.com and send your item to: No 7 Caroline Crescent, Cresta, Johannesburg, GT, 2194, South Africa.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: No 7 Caroline Crescent, Cresta, Johannesburg, GT, 2194, South Africa.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within a period of 24 hours from placing the order, by emailing us at info@mimibotanicals. Please provide full details of the customer order number or your email address and the goods that were purchased.  If the items has not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.  If the items has been shipped, the process for returns should be followed.
